1. Enrollment

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promotional Activities: Affiliates must promote MIANIMED products using ethical and lawful practices. Misrepresentation or false claims about products is prohibited.
• Brand Representation: Affiliates must follow MIANIMED branding guidelines and avoid actions that could harm the brand's reputation.
• Content Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with local laws, including but not limited to FTC guidelines for disclosures.

3. Commission and Payments

7. Confidentiality

8. Liability

MIANIMED is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.

9. Amendments
